1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on PriceIQ (\"Service\"), operated at trypriceiq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PriceIQ provides an embeddable pricing calculator widget for marketing agencies and service businesses. The Service includes a hosted widget (delivered via a JavaScript snippet), a lead management dashboard, email notifications, and webhook integrations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: Includes 1 widget, up to 50 leads per calendar month, the lead dashboard, and email notifications. Free-plan widgets display a \"Powered by PriceIQ\" badge that links to trypriceiq.com. This badge is a required part of the free plan and may not be hidden, removed, obscured, or modified.

Starter plan ($49/month): Includes unlimited widgets, unlimited leads, the ability to remove the \"Powered by PriceIQ\" badge, custom branding, and webhook integrations. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. The Widget & Embed Code

The PriceIQ widget is designed to be embedded on websites you own or have authorization to modify. By embedding the widget, you represent that you have the right to add third-party scripts to the website in question. The widget loads from PriceIQ\'s servers, uses Shadow DOM isolation, and does not interfere with the host website\'s existing functionality.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the widget code. You may not remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the widget except through features provided by the Service (e.g., the badge toggle available to Starter subscribers).

6. Lead Data

Leads submitted through your widget (visitor name, email, answers, and price estimates) are stored in PriceIQ\'s database and belong to you. You are responsible for how you use lead data and must comply with all applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA where applicable). PriceIQ does not sell or share your lead data with third parties.

7. Webhooks & Third-Party Integrations

PriceIQ can send lead data to external webhook URLs you configure (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom endpoints). You are solely responsible for the security and compliance of third-party services you connect. PriceIQ is not liable for data loss or misuse that occurs after data leaves our servers via webhooks.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading data through the widget
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits (e.g., the 50-lead monthly cap on the free plan)
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service

9. Service Availability

PriceIQ aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PriceIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your widget will stop functioning and lead data will be deleted within 30 days unless you export it beforehand.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
